- Use an exfoliating mitt or brush in the shower. Rub mink oil on your stretch marks twice per day, and take vitamins daily, including 1000mg of vitamin C (which is a powerful antioxidant).

- Massage your stomach as often as possible with cream or lotion. The brand is unimportant; it is the increased circulation to the area which helps the scars to heal.
